Appointments booked online are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in exceptional circumstances. • Patients are requested to arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled time • Please carry a valid government-issued photo ID and previous prescription/medical records if applicable • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a nominal fee

Consultation fees are payable at the time of the appointment. Fees are subject to change without prior notice. • We accept cash, UPI, and major debit/credit cards • GST will be applicable as per prevailing government rates where required • Insurance claims, if applicable, are subject to your insurer's terms and conditions • Receipts will be provided for all payments

Patients are responsible for: • Providing accurate and complete medical history during consultations • Disclosing all current medications, allergies, and pre-existing conditions • Following prescribed treatment plans and attending follow-up appointments Withholding information that may affect diagnosis or treatment may impact the quality of care. Clinic shall not be held liable for outcomes arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the patient.

Clinic and its medical professionals exercise reasonable care and skill in providing healthcare services in accordance with accepted medical standards in India. However, the clinic shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or healthcare services, beyond what is permissible under applicable Indian law including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and design elements is the intellectual property of Clinic and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and other applicable Indian intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is strictly prohibited and may attract legal action.
